Our Journey Thus Far

February 2002- Found out I have Endometriosis. First Laparascopic Surgery. Stage 2
September 19th 2003- Cris and I shared our First Kiss.
November 5th, 2003- Officially became a couple.
December 2003- Diagnosed with Graves Disease (Hyperthyroidism)
March 25th, 2005- Cris and I got Married
February 16th, 2007- 2nd Laparascopic Surgery for Endo. Minimal found.
September 18th, 2007- Made the decision to TTC.
January 2008 - Diagnosed with PCOS put on Metformin
February 2008- Met with 1st RE for initial consultation.Dr. Ozgul Muneyyirci - wonderful Dr. Terrible office. Chose to find new place.
March 2008- Learned of Cristian's Morphology issues.
April 2008- Met with 2nd RE Dr. Brown
June 2008 - Started first Cycle of Clomid 50mg, trigger IUI.
July 2008- 1st cycle resulted in BFN, poorly timed RE's mistake.
August 2008- Met with 3rd RE - NYU Fertility - Dr. Licciardi Had 2nd Clomid cycle 150mg, trigger, IUI - BFN.
Sept 19th 2008 - 3rd Clomid cycle 150mg, trigger, IUI - BFP!
October 2008- First Beta 15, Second Beta 28, Third Beta 20
October 11th 2008- Miscarriage.
November 2008- Diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis (Hypothyroidism) Begin Synthroid.
March 2009- Diagnosed with MTHFR and Factor II Thrombophilia.
June 2009- Tentative plan was to start on CD2 200iu of Follistim. I cancelled the cycle before the meds to find a RE that deals with immune issues and clotting disorders.
July 2009- Had immune testing done at SIRM in NYC.
August 2009- Began having Anxiety and Panic Attacks. TTC put on hold. Test results unknown.
October 2009- Cris diagnosed with low testosterone and a small varicocele in his testicles.
November 2009- Cris begins Testosterone replacement therapy. Which we just learned may deplete his sperm production.
Currently - Not trying, Not preventing. With all that is wrong, if we do wind up pregnant it will be a miracle and will be what God chooses.

My Lovely Follies

Ok well, obviously I am not really going to talk about that book but I thought the title was appropriate LOL. I went to the RE today and low and behold I have several follicles (Follies). There were 2 dominant ones, one on each ovary. One measured 15mm, the other 12mm and it is only CD10. The RE suspects that BOTH will release eggs and I have a chance at twins! WOOHOO. Being that I finished Clomid yesterday the RE is very happy with the way in which my body is responding to Clomid. I am very very happy that 50mg seems to be doing the trick so far. I am going to be testing all weekend long with my OPK's and my CBEFM and checking for surges and peaks. If none by Monday I go in for follow up u/s, trigger shot and scheduled IUI..I am ELATED..I cannot believe that it is very possible that in 2.5 weeks I could find out I will be a Mommy. I am going to be praying every night. Please keep me and DH in your prayers, we really want a baby.
